These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Tigertown Live — the website
at tigertownlive.com and our iOS app
(together, the "Service") — provided by
Ferro Retro, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you
agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Tigertown Live provides college sports scores, schedules, rankings, news,
player and recruiting information, and related real-time alerts for fans,
available through our website and iOS app. Feature availability may vary by
platform, device, permissions, and subscription status. Free
features are available without an account. Certain features are part of the
paid "All-Access" subscription described below.
2. No Affiliation
Tigertown Live is an independent, fan-made service. It is not affiliated with,
endorsed by, or sponsored by Clemson University, any conference, the NCAA, or
any team or athletic program. Team names, logos, and marks belong to their
respective owners and are used for identification only.
3. All-Access Subscription
Plans & pricing: All-Access is an auto-renewable
subscription offered in monthly and annual plans. The price, currency,
applicable taxes, billing period, and any eligible trial or introductory
offer are shown before you confirm a purchase. Prices and offers may vary
by platform and region.
Where to purchase: All-Access is purchased and managed
on the web through Stripe or in the iOS app through Apple's in-app purchase
system. RevenueCat helps us validate app purchases and manage premium
access. Access recognized across platforms does not transfer billing or
cancellation responsibility to a different provider.
Free trial: New subscribers may receive a 7-day free
trial when offered and eligible. Trial length and eligibility are shown at
purchase; a trial is not guaranteed for every account or plan. Unless you
cancel within the deadline shown at purchase, the trial converts to the
paid plan at the disclosed price.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews
for another period — one year for the annual plan or one month for the
monthly plan — until canceled. For Apple purchases, payment is charged to
your Apple Account at confirmation, and renewal is charged within 24 hours
before the current period ends unless canceled at least 24 hours before
that time. For Stripe purchases, your payment method is charged at renewal;
cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.
Managing & canceling: You can manage or cancel your
web subscription from your account settings on
tigertownlive.com. Manage Apple subscriptions in
your device's Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or through
Apple's cancellation instructions.
Paid access generally continues until the paid period ends. Apple may end
free-trial access immediately on cancellation.
Free trial forfeiture: Any unused portion of a free
trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Payment: All payments are processed securely by our
payment provider: Apple for iOS in-app purchases and Stripe for web purchases.
We do not store your full payment card details. For Apple purchases, request
a refund through Apple;
Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law.
For web purchases, contact us regarding refunds. Nothing in these Terms
limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Account deletion: Deleting your account cancels an
active Stripe subscription associated with that account, but does not cancel
an Apple subscription. You must cancel Apple billing separately. Uninstalling
the app does not cancel either type of subscription.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or
reverse-engineer it, accessing it through unauthorized means, or using it in
violation of applicable law.
5. Sports Data & Accuracy
Scores, statistics, schedules, news, and other information are provided by
third-party data sources and are offered on an "as is" basis. We do not
guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, or current, and it
should not be relied upon for wagering or other decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, and original content, is owned by
Ferro Retro, LLC and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal,
non-commercial purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of
any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular
purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferro Retro, LLC will not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your
use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service
after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to
its conflict-of-law rules.
